This is not an agency and there is no sales team. I run organic search for lululemon across APAC, and beyond that I take on a small number of projects: the kind where the problem is genuinely hard and the in-house team or agency has reached the edge of what it can solve alone.

Platform migrations Your platform is outdated and you need to move. Organic search drives millions in revenue and you cannot afford to get this wrong. Technical audits Your organic traffic should be higher. Something is off technically, but your team cannot pinpoint it. Strategic consulting Your team is capable, but enterprise-scale SEO brings problems that need specialist input. eCommerce SEO strategy Your technical SEO is decent, but organic growth has plateaued and you need a clear revenue-focused roadmap.

This works when organic search already drives millions in annual revenue and the problems are genuinely complex: hundreds of thousands of URLs, international rollouts, custom stacks, rendering that nobody fully understands any more. If you need basic on-page work, guaranteed rankings or the cheapest option, I am not the right fit, and I will tell you that quickly.

Projects typically start at $50K AUD. If that is outside the budget, the insights are free and they cover a lot of ground.
